The UroFill® Provider Code of Conduct

The UroFill® Provider
Code of Conduct

The following is a code of conduct required of all UroFill® girth enhancement providers:

As a UroFill provider, I hereby adhere to the following:

  1. Patient safety is paramount: I do not recommend the UroFill technique to a patient if their overall health and safety is at risk, or if there are any underlying conditions that preclude the safe administration of penile filler.
  2. I do not administer “permanent” fillers to patients: Penile fillers that are meant to be “permanent” last indefinitely because they are foreign to human physiology. I do not inject paraffin, bone cement, silicone, or other non-biodegradable substances into patients.
  3. I do not use a cannula for girth enhancement: Usage of a cannula in girth enhancement significantly raises the risk of complications and poor outcomes to patients.
  4. I either directly administer the UroFill® technique or oversee its administration: As a board-certified urologic surgeon, I am the one to administer the technique or directly supervise its administration by a qualified medical professional.
  5. I screen patients before administering the UroFill® technique: While I am not a psychiatric professional, I perform due diligence on patients to check for body dysmorphia and/or unrealistic expectations as to the nature of girth enhancement. I solely perform the UroFill® technique with clear consent and sound mind on the part of my patients.
